Fertility Doula Support
A couple going through (in) fertility may feel a tremendous amount of pressure and without the right support, it can be lonely. The (in)fertile couple usually does not have time to grieve, breathe, or find stability before they are thrust into a new treatment, test, and intervention.
Fertility doulas can provide that break so that you can process and figure out your next move.
A fertility doula guides you through three pillars of support which are emotional, physical, and informational. We have studied (always refreshing and studying) a great deal about the effects of stress on the body, solutions for stress, the endocrine system, the realities of infertility, and the different options you may choose. We also know when to hold space for you to grieve, vent, and be.
As your Fertility Doula I will:
- support you through the many stages of (in)fertility along with assisted reproductive technology (ART)
- support you through the unfortunate event of pregnancy loss
- create holistic fertility plans to help restore balance
- teach you a way to make informed decisions using B.R.A.I.N.
- establishing helpful rituals that get you closer to your weekly goals
- guide you through mindfulness, relaxation, and guided meditation tools to promote relaxation
- offer journal prompts and exercises that can support your spirituality and connection to your baby
- provide cycle charting guidance and support
- navigate options available through evidence-based research
- support you through early pregnancy
Getting Started & Services:
We will set up a free curiosity call where will begin to know each other. I will go over both of your and then we will develop and discuss a self-care wheel. From creating your self-care wheel, we begin to develop a package that works best for you. Packages are listed below.
Dreams do come true!! If you get pregnant before our time is over, you will be given free 12 weeks(first trimester) of birth doula support. This support will include new meditations, continuous text/email support, 2 in person or phone visits to discuss any fears and concerns Learn more about birth & postpartum doulas here.
