Home Massage

Massage has been going through a switch in society from just a gift of expensive pampering (which it still can be) to a form of necessary self-care. We put our bodies through so much to function in society, careers, pregnancy, and needs of our own, that we often forget to give back.

A massage is a form of giving back to your muscles, mind, and overall attitude. A reset for those tender and tense muscles. As your massage therapist, it is my hope to help return your body to balance so you can continue to function productively or continue to comfortably form life inside of you. I offer home massages bringing self-care into your own home.

In addition to the few above, here are some benefits of massage and prenatal massage:

Massage Benefits

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Relieve postoperative pain
  • Manage low-back and joint pain
  • Alleviating muscle tension and tension headaches
  • Better sleep
  • Improve balance
  • Promote relation
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Increase range of motion

Prenatal Massage Benefits

  • Manage back and joint pain
  • Improved circulation

I’ve been a massage therapist since 2015 and have learned much during that time and continue to learn. This has a been a great journey toward learning about body work. To aid the trying to conceive community, I’m adding fertility massage to my knowledge this year and I can’t wait to help people with a uterus add another tool into their bag for conception. You can read more about me here.
